Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
* The order(s) are in the original packaging and label
* The order(s) are unused and undamaged
If these conditions are not met, the refund amount may be reduced for any losses incurred. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the supplier verifies the returned product, and will be made via bank transfer to the buyer’s designated account.
Exceptions:
The withdrawal rights do not apply to custom-manufactured or personalized products.
